Pianist Tamara Riley Wyman is Adjunct Professor of Piano at Nebraska Wesleyan University from which she graduated in 1980. In addition to further study at the Eastman School of Music, she has completed a master's degree and the course work for a doctorate in Piano Performance at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She served on the faculty and has appeared on the concert series at Rocky Ridge Music Center in Estes park, Colo.
Prior to coming to Nebraska Wesleyan, Mrs. Wyman served as a coach and musical assistant in the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Opera Theater. In 1993, she appeared as the pianist for the Junior High School Honors Choir at the American Choral Directors Association National Convention. In 2000, she was the pianist for the Mid-West organization of American Kodály Educators Honors Choir.
She also accompanies for the Nebraska Wesleyan Choir Camp. She has accompanied for such noted choral professionals as Mary Goetze, Anton Armstrong, Paul Salamunovich, Jean Ashworth Bartles, and Elaine Quilichini. Last spring she served as pianist for the National Youth Choir appearing at the Organization of Kodály Educators National Convention.
